THE INVESTMENT:
Wedding management for celebrations in Connecticut begins at $3,950 with an Associate Coordinator and $4,250 with Lisa + Caity. Weddings outside of Connecticut start at $4,500 + travel.

PLEASE NOTE:
Wedding coordination and management is only available for weddings held at a venue in Connecticut, Rhode Island, and Massachusetts—it is not available for at-home weddings.

01. Do you need to have a venue booked to work with us?

Absolutely not! Hiring a planner before you find your venue is the best first step. I can then help guide you to the best venue options based on your top priorities, guest size and budget.

A: We are based in Connecticut but travel throughout New England + The East Coast for our wedding clients

02. How many weddings do you do a year?

A: We are honored to work with 10 couples each a year to ensure each and every couple is supported and gets the time necessary for a smooth planning process and Incredible wedding weekend.

02. Who will I be working with?

A: For couples who choose us for Full Planning + Design and multiple event Wedding Weekends, you will be working with Lisa OR Caity. Both planners have their own teams that support their weddings. If you're looking to work with us on Wedding Management you will be working directly with Ashley.

02. WHAT SHOULD A CLIENT LOOK FOR IN A WEDDING PLANNER PARTNER?

The top two characteristics to look for are experience and personality. We have been in the business for a while and through the years we have learned how to be calm in the most stressful situations, developed relationships with the best vendors who will enhance your day and have learned the art of negotiation. Personality is also important. We provide unwavering advocacy and support to our clients through communication, so ensuring you and your wedding planners “vibe” is important!

02. WHAT DO YOU WISH MORE PEOPLE KNEW ABOUT WEDDING PLANNERS?

  • A few things…First, we are an essential part of a smooth wedding day. We are experts at logistical management and the glue that holds all the details together.

  • Next, we do not offer “day-of” planning service, but instead provide wedding management and coordination services. For everything to run accordingly we need to work with you for at least eight weeks to make sure even the smallest of details is accounted for.

  • Lastly, we know hiring a planner is an investment. We work tirelessly on each and every single wedding, whether a 50 person wedding or a 350 person wedding, because each wedding and each client is special and unique.

02. DO YOU CHARGE A FEE FOR AN INITIAL CONSULTATION?

An initial consultation is alway free. These conversations allow us to get to know you (and you to know us!) and make sure we are a personality fit and to also begin to understand your wedding vision.
