Hey everyone!
Rachel checking in with a sweet love story for you!
So a Gemini and a Scorpio walked into a .. dating app, the stars aligned and the rest is history.
Vanessa was really over the dating app scene because who doesn’t get sick of answering the same questions over and over again ? One fateful night she went to dinner with a friend who urged Vanessa to get back out there. Eventually she said “fine!” and downloaded the app with her friend. They swiped through and this was the night she “met” Tony.
He looked familiar and when they started talking, they realized that Tony went to high school with some of her friends. As she says “I always thought he was such a cutie”.
I mean, I think we can agree that not only is he a cutie but she is a gorgeous bombshell. I mean .. look at them!
While their new relationship bloomed they talked about all their common interests and joked that “someone must be playing a sick joke on us” because they had so much in common already. They both love Nirvana, have a hug sweet tooth, and showed up wearing Vans sneakers to their first date. And let me tell you, Tony went all out for this first date.
First, he was more than happy to oblige Vanessa’s vegan diet, suggesting one of her favorite restaurants without a thought. Needless to say she was impressed! When he reassured her that he had been there before she knew that this relationship had hope and I think he would agree. Now he says that he loves how adventurous she is and that she has helped open him up to new food experiences.
They are both super foodies so when Tony also brought her a jar of his favorite peanut butter on that date, it was smooth sailing.. as smooth as that peanut butter.
Although they have much in common they also are a case of ‘opposites attract’. She says that as a Gemini, she has a flare for fashion and design, has a bold zest for life, and is a social butterfly. Tony is a Scorpio and is a little more reserved, introspective, and not as talkative. He loves her fashion sense, punctuality, and organization because he’ll admit that isn’t his strong suit. She loves his calm energy because it has also allowed her to enjoy laying around and relaxing with him when she has a day off which is a big deal since she loves to be on the go.
In recent adventures together, they have been going out of their way to get vegan cupcakes and ice cream an hour and fifteen minutes away. As much as he loves helping her relax, he also is always down to do all of the things she suggests. He says he’s never been like this with anyone else and now they have a fur baby, Norman to go on adventures with too!
The stars aligned that one day on a dating app for these two.
We knew that Smith Farm Gardens would be perfect for this shoot because they have a beautiful house to stay in with your bridal party to make your wedding a whole weekend! The beautiful backdrop of the bridal suite was perfect for Vanessa. The energy that you feel when you’re there is laid-back and comfortable, like Tony, so the fire pit and the beautiful tented venue made this a perfect match.
We couldn’t be happier that they chose to join Nightingale Events on this adventure at Smith Farm Gardens to put together this beautiful shoot for you!
